SHIPPING POLICY

Lovisio Home currently ships only to addresses within the United States. All prices and shipping charges are displayed in U.S. dollars.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not business days.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard Shipping costs $8. Estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days, including processing.

Express Shipping costs $15. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, including processing.

Eligible orders of $70 or more receive free Standard Shipping. The estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days, including processing.

SUPPLIER-FULFILLED PRODUCTS

Some products are fulfilled by connected suppliers and may use separate shipping profiles. The available shipping method, shipping price, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout before payment. If a cart contains products from more than one fulfillment location, Shopify may combine applicable shipping charges at checkout.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available from the carrier or fulfillment partner.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Email support@lovisiohome.store immediately if your shipping address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or fulfillment.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

RETURNS

Do not send a return without authorization. Return eligibility, costs, and instructions are explained in our Refund Policy.
